When we are feeling stressed and we often feel stuck in our heads, our heads that love to lead the way. In this session we will practice the state of coherence, where our heart is in a stable, sine-wavelike pattern in its rhythms. When the heart rhythm is coherent, the body, including the brain, begins to experience all sorts of benefits, among them greater mental clarity and better decision making, and we will explore how we can literally physically align our heads so the 3 or 4 kilos of our head can rest supported, informed, and uplifted by our bodies.
