Supportive elements is a library of 5 – 20 minute guided sessions to re-source yourself.
You will find guided relaxation, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness, chanting, and breath practices. These practice are deeply nourishing and supportive, especially in times of change and challenge.
There are also informational sessions, such as ‘developing a home practice’ and ‘mindfulness’.
This library will continue to grow and I invite you to check in frequently, repeat the ones that resonate for you, and lean in, knowing these practices are sourced from that which we all are and they invite us to simply remember.
