Focus on fire (agni) and digestion (on all levels). Start seated and find the fire in your belly through lots of core work. Hands and knees with core. Take a pause with the fire building pranayama breath practice of kapalabhati. Standing poses from downward dog. Agni Sara, draw the belly in. Lie on your back, release and open front body. Enjoy a well earned rest at the end.
