Start on the floor, then hands and knees with some sun salutes from the back of the mat, standing poses with emphasis on grounding, seated forward bends, pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) and rest … self-regulation and the gift we can offer as a stabilising influence and reminder that we are never seperate and can always rely on our inner safe sanctuary and the support of the earth.
