Focus on fire (agni) and digestion (on all levels). Start seated and find the fire in your belly through lots of core work. Hands and knees with core. Take a pause with the fire building pranayama breath practice of kapalabhati. Standing poses from downward dog. Agni Sara, draw the belly in. A bit of play with the hand balance Lolasana. Release your quads and hip flexors, then lie on your back, release and open front body. Enjoy a well earned rest at the end.
