80 minutes (it’s worth your time). Wall Class. Explore how to utilise resting into the earth, accessing the Ground Reaction Force (remember Newton’s 3rd law?) to find lightness. Start on your back, activate your core. Come to hands and knees and then work toward some standing poses and balances (including handstand and forearm balance) using the wall for feedback, steadiness and support. End with some hip stretches and a very nice supported seated mediation pose at the wall. Find your steady ground and enjoy.
