How are you as this new year begins? I have compiled a few practices you might find helpful and supportive. As Covid becomes widespread, our nervous systems can go into stress response mode which depletes our energy and compromises our immunity. The self refulation sessions from Neuroscience Informed Practice course are great to go to. I have also added a practice for neck and shoulder release using balls and a roller, and a breath based practice. You can always head to the full library to explore longer or shorter sessions, or choose your own practice focus to meet your needs. Enjoy.
