These two Youtube clips are a beautiful invitation to exploration in our practice. The first one is a brief 3 minutes, the other 48 minutes and includes retreat footage and other practitioners (including my beloved teacher from Oregon, Janet Hochfeld).
I have been fortunate to participate in several weekend workshops with Angela & Victor in the late 1990’s – early 2000’s and they continue to unfold and echo in my own life, practice, and offerings. Angela affirmed for me the experience of ‘initiation’ I was gifted with from being in the presence of, and being guided by, such deep, heart-full real life yogi. Angela is one of the few teachers I have had who I feel I could just be in the room with them and have the veils lifted.
